Shortly prior to our ASX listing and following a number of acquisitions we engaged Forsee to assess our management teams across all People Infrastructure businesses, debrief each individual on their results and run a half day seminar reporting on the team dynamics.

We found the process with Forsee to be efficient and the data generated to be highly accurate as to how we behaved in the workplace. The plotting of group data on the graphs was very helpful in understanding how our behavioural preferences matched our prescribed organisational culture and allowed us to target training where it was required.

We found it valuable and particularly for the management teams from the new acquisitions as they got a deep insight into how we all operate. We used the data to make personnel adjustments and redeploy people we there were a better fit. As Andrew says its about getting actionable data, not just interesting.
